Illume Reno

Illume bought the old church building at the corner of 60th and 33rd — as a gift to our neighbors in NE Seattle — and is deep in the process of renovating it.

Looking Local

This project is going to need a lot of expertise, and a lot of stuff. It's all going to come from somewhere, and we love the idea of the final result including work and items from our neighborhood.

Pros Needed

• Carpenter - Finish / Cabinetry
• Landscape Designer
• AV Consultant
• Plaster Installer
• Event Planning Consultant
• Envelope / Building Science Consultant

ITEMS Needed

• Couches
• Armchairs
• Dining Table Sets
• Cafe Table Sets
• Lamps
• Houseplants
• Home Office Equipment
• Books: Classics, Fiction, Educational, etc.

This list will be updated as the renovation progresses

Furnishings will be used for the future Coffee Shop, the theme for which is something like "your grandpa's study." So we're looking for pieces that are durable, old-fashioned, and a bit worn. Less absorbent materials like leather (real or fake) are great.

Though we are a non-profit, we are not expecting donations. Your expertise and property are valuable.

Reach out

If you'd like to throw your hat (or chair, etc.) into the ring, email us with the type of expertise or furnishing you're offering.
For furnishings, please include several photos of the item.
